Critical Care Faculty to Resident Sessions: Flexible Scheduling (Weekly)

The ICU faculty will conduct one-on-one discussions on critical care-related topics with the ICU resident in the absence of other trainees. These discussions will occur at least once a week. These sessions should be approximately one hour in length and should focus more on interactive discussions, rather than using PowerPoint presentations or article reviews. The complexity of the topics will advance as the training progresses and should be completed within the designated timeframe. It needs to be signed off as complete when done. However, the order of the lectures within a specific block can be adjusted according to the preferences of the staff and residents.
