UCSD and NMCSD collaborate to offer hands-on pleural and bronchoscopy courses every September (specific dates to be confirmed). Coordinated by the Interventional Pulmonary Faculty, these mandatory full-day sessions take place at the Center for Future Surgery, UCSD, La Jolla, and are free of charge for first-year fellows. Fellows are expected to review the pre-course materials before the commencement of the courses.
