These conferences are held at least monthly and involve a case presentation by an Internal Medicine resident, followed by a pathology correlation, and then a discussion by staff members. Pulmonary/Critical Care fellows regularly participate in these departmental M&M conferences and provide subspecialty case reviews when assigned.
